| How to book our service is easy, secure and saving. There are 2 ways to make your reservation. |
1. Choose your preferred service from our reservation form.
2. Start online booking by clicks on button on your selected web page.
3. Fill your information in the reservation form and summit your form. Your reservation is up to availability and is not confirmed until your booking is confirmed by us.
4. Our reservation team will response your booking within 24 hour (office time) via e-mail. After your booking is confirmed, we will e-mail a to you. The e-mail must be presented up on meeting at the Airport or the Hotel to assure your reservation. Guest check-in with is required. |

All shuttle are non smoking and air conditioned. They are equipped with air-conditioning and an internal communication system to offer fast and flexible service. Ample space in the back provides comfortable transport of luggage inside the vehicle. |
| After walk out of the Gate to the Arrival Hall, our staff will be waiting with a signboard of passenger's name at In Front Of The Exit Door. If you cannot find our staff, please call to our customer service mobile phone number 081-7889444. However in the confirmation, we provide you with the local phone numbers of our customer service. |
Reservations can be done 24 hours in advance. However, we highly recommended you to make your reservations in advance. |
We will wait up to one hour after the scheduled arrival time of the carrier. After this time we will try our hardest possible to transfer you, but we cannot undertake any responsibility if this is not possible. |
| You must confirm your departure 24 hours in advance to make sure that all information concerning flight times , airport and pick-up address are correct. |
| We are able to provide and prepare a convertible car seat (9 Month - 4 Year Old) in our vehicles without extra charge. However, if your kid younger than 9 month, please bring your own infant seat. |
Gratuities to the guide and driver although customary, are not required. Any such expression of appreciation should be made on
a voluntary and individual basis. |
