TOUR & TRANSFER CANCELLATION
Please review the service cancellation policy by matching your check in date with the travel season in Thailand. Our rates of refund are derived from our suppliers' requirements, and can be summarized as follows:

Our company operates 24 hours/ Day. 7 Days / Week. You can contact our customer services at 081-7889444 at any time. Booking should be made at least 24 hour in advance. An Immediate booking could possibly be done by phone, depending on the availability of the transportation.

There will be 4 % Bank charge on every booking made by Credit card.

We will try our best to supply the specified transportation you deserved. Sometimes, due to a very high season and limited of number of car available, we would need to provide a larger size of transportation. ( EG: upgraded from Sedan to Van )

Flight Delay, we will wait for you at the airport. No matter how long your flight is delayed. No Extra charge applied. We have our full time driver waiting for your arrival at all time at the Airport.

If you change your flight, please kindly let us know 24 hours before your flight arrives in Bangkok.

Cancellation should be made at least 24 hours before the appointment, full refund should be made to you within 7 days.

Cancellation after 24 hours of the appointment time or No show after your specified flight has landed for 3 hours, NO refund should be made.

For departure flight to either domestic or International - Due to the traffic, it is something out of our control, please kindly allow yourself to check in at the airport at least 2 hours before your departure time. We can not be responsible for any delay caused by the traffic or any circumstance which is out of our control.
