| We are able to provide and prepare a convertible car seat (9 Month - 4 Year Old) in our vehicles without extra charge. However, if your kid younger than 9 month, please bring your own infant seat. |
You have to drive the vehicle to our office first and then our staff will wait for you and after that they will drop you off at Phuket airport terminal.
Notes: - Phuket airport has only 1 terminal building, and 2nd floor of the airport is departure lounge, so you can easily check in for your flight. |
At return time, our staff will go to meet you at your hotel and call to your room. Then our staff will check if everything is ok, then finish your rental
Notes: If return time is too early in the morning, or too late at night, our staff may ask you to leave the rental car in the hotel car park, and leave the car's key at hotel reception. Then our staff will go to collect the car later (as soon as possible). |
| Just call us. We have 24 hrs Emergency Roadside Assistance Service - Although all our cars are well maintained, in case of emergency, we will send our staff to help our customer problem solving in an hour (7.30am-7.00pm) or as soon as possible (7.00pm-7.30am). |
In case of accident, first of all, you have to write down the registration number, brand, model, and color of the other car. Then if possible, you have to ask the other car's driver name and telephone number.
Then call us as soon as possible, after that we will contact insurance company. The insurance staff will go to meet you within 0.5 - 1 hour.
